Margie Katz, RYT has been practicing yoga for 10 years. Originally from the Midwest, her roots took her back to train under the guidance of Jonny Kest. Through the years Margie has studied with many teachers including: Michael Aronoff, Beryl Bender Birch, Schuyler Grant, Bryan Kest and most recently Claire Este-MacDonald. By allowing the breath to move the body, Margie creates a balance between intensity and grace within each class.

Our mission statement is a quote from Master Dogen: “The Way of Awakening is to study the self, to study the self is to forget the self, to forget the self is to realize oneself in all being and all things…”
